We deliver Ambient AI to industrial manufacturing on Ignitra™, a headless, composable platform. We are looking for partners to be the face and the components of this AI-native platform. We bring the account, the outcome of the diagnosis, and the opportunity to blueprint in your products. Passion, engineered, in an industrial experience.
StratfordX is an AI-native industrial intelligence studio and a pioneer in the convergence of people, product, and process. Before ChatGPT, manufacturers leaned on "agnostic" consultants to tell them what to buy, but no one was ever truly agnostic: the process dictated the technology, and the technology dictated the product. We end that argument. We are integrators of Ambient AI, and we deliver it through Ignitra™. We do not advise from the sidelines; we recruit the technology and orchestrate it as a studio, with the intelligence layer we author ourselves at the center.
We diagnose the manufacturer, prescribe the outcome, and elevate their maturity until they can see and understand the value of AI-native products, yours included. This is immersive marketing: from inside an account we have already diagnosed, we recommend what comes next and pair Ignitra™ with your product so the two reach the plant as one, Ambient AI delivered to the people who do the work, not ones and zeros. You gain demand you never had to generate.
The intelligence layer dictates the pace, from the back office to the top office to the floor. He who controlled the data once controlled the account. That is no longer true. Today it is he who controls the intelligence layer, and can deliver it at a 4.1 standard, who is the highest-value partner to any North American manufacturer. In Canada, Mexico, or the United States, we lead the way.
Four things happen when we engage a North American manufacturer. We run every one of them through Apex 8™, and we prescribe the outcome, never the product. The diagnosis always comes first.
Margin is the one word that means the same thing to both of us. Yours comes from plants you cannot reach alone. Theirs comes from an intelligence layer that finally pays for itself. Same conduit, both directions.
When we say North America, we mean the ground where things actually get built: southeastern Canada, all of the United States, and northern Mexico. That is the territory we cover, and the market we open for you.
Not in the pitch. In the plant. Margin shows up when the intelligence layer reaches the operator and the operation runs better on Tuesday than it did on Monday. That is a delivery problem, and delivery is a local sport. You cannot fly it in.
Offshore, onshore, or nearshore, we are the conduit that carries your product into the North American market. In the room, on the floor, in the language manufacturers here trust. Ambient AI is how North American manufacturing wins the next decade, and we lead the way.
Two kinds of company. AI-native companies who already speak the language and build that way by default. And Industry 4.0 companies making the transition to 4.1, who have the installed base and the plant credibility and need the intelligence layer to get the rest of the way. You do not have to be big and you do not have to be small, but you have to be a pioneer. The old models no longer work, and we have shed that thinking entirely.
Every ISV in this market is hunting the same thing right now: a hook. A leading story that gets them in the room and makes the room lean in. We have one, and we hand it to you.
The story every manufacturer will take a meeting about, and the one almost nobody can land on a plant floor. It opens the door your product spec never will.
Apex 8™ is a decade of method for landing intelligent software in industry: how to meet, educate, prescribe, and elevate. Not theory. The playbook.
A decade running exactly this motion inside a major software company. Real accounts, real quotas. We have carried the bag we are asking you to trust us with.
You have the product. What you do not have is a story that opens a North American plant and a motion that turns the meeting into a deployment. That is the whole of what we do. Bring us the product. We bring the hook, the room, and the reason they say yes.
Ignitra™ is an intelligence control layer across three named Ambient AI functions, delivered as one connected system, not three point tools. Partners enable and enhance all three.
Captures signal at the edge, an always-on assistant for frontline operators, grounded in real plant data and provenance.
Turns signal into situational awareness, the reasoning layer that watches the whole operation and surfaces what matters.
Completes the loop, translating reasoning into coordinated action across people, process, and connected systems.
Think of it as a Formula One car. The core engine is the ARK Processor™, Accelerated Reasoning of Knowledge, tuned for high performance at the 4.1 standard. The core chassis is Ignitra™, a headless, composable platform that bridges Industry 4.0 and 4.1 without replacing existing infrastructure. Engine and chassis are built and ready to run. Every deployment is a spoke instance of that platform, and we rely on our partners for the rest of it: the components and the customer-facing head. The system of record, the quality-control application, the pieces that put a face on the plant floor. That is what we are recruiting.
The ARK Processor™ deploys alongside the vendors already in the plant. It does not ask anyone to rip anything out, it does not compete with the systems of record, and it is installed by our Alliance Partners. The engine goes in next to what is already running, and the people who put it there are the ones who already know the plant.
The hardest distance in any plant is not the network or the cloud. It is the last three feet: from the system to the human on the floor, and to the human in the loop. That gap is where Industry 4.0 stalls. Industry 4.1 is near-perfect production: people and technology running the line together, every shift, not just the good ones. Closing the last three feet is the whole leap.
Dashboards and data lakes never reached the operator. Ambient AI does: the knowledge layer arrives where the work happens, in the operator's hands, the manager's decisions, the rhythm of the line. That is the real nuance of 4.0 to 4.1: less about new machines, more about intelligence reaching the human in the loop, the person who decides and acts. Ignitra™ is how we deliver it, and the last three feet is where partners watch it become real.
Ambient AI is half the answer. The other half is the production of agents that get embraced and actually used, because an agent the floor routes around does not move a plant to 4.1 no matter what it cost. Every plant will soon have the same models, the same data, and the same integration layer; the components are converging and they will be table stakes. What will not converge is whether the operator reaches for the thing at 5am on a Tuesday. That difference is not engineering. It is production, and it is the work we do.
A process plant does not run on projects. It runs on recipes: a known formulation, a known sequence, a known yield, repeatable batch after batch. Ambient AI should work exactly the same way. The Cookbook is our collection of recipes, and every recipe is an agent.
Nobody in a plant wants a platform. They want the thing that makes their division run better, and they want to know what it costs, how long it takes, and what it will feel like to work alongside. A recipe answers all three before anyone signs anything. Different roles, different personalities, different costs, different processes, different run times. Pick the recipe, run the batch, measure the yield.
The Lab is a kitchen. You bring the ingredients, your product, your component, your expertise. We bring the recipe, the method, and the plant that ordered it. Nothing leaves the pass that we have not cooked and tasted first, and that is the whole difference between a platform tour and a meal somebody actually eats. The Cookbook is what we cook from. The Lab is where we cook.
| Recipe | Who it serves | The personality |
|---|---|---|
| Affinity Agent | The operator inside the company. Admins, managers, field techs, salespeople. Floor and field, the people who do the work. | The coworker. The employee beside you, never above you. It augments the person and their career, which is exactly why it gets adopted. |
| Leadership Twin | Managers, directors, and regional presidents. The layer that has to carry the plan. | The MBA advice and the trusted assistant, on call. The Jarvis to their Tony Stark. |
| Executive Twin | Exclusive leadership. C-suite, CEO, chief officers. High responsibility and very few peers. | Paired leadership. Their right hand for AI-native leadership. |
| Sentinel Agent | The information technology team. | The SE and the security officer. Watchful by design. |
| Constellation Agent | The data management team, and the CIO. | The hand on the data. This is the seat where data-platform partners cook. |
| Signature Domain Agents | Business analysts, the COO, the CEO. The owners of a named process. | Where the process delivery gets identified, and where every other agent takes its direction. Trained from the top minds in industrial process and execution. The studio's own work. |
Cost, sequencing, and time to run are set per recipe and per plant, off the StratfordX diagnosis. No two kitchens are stocked the same.
We are looking for technical partners to deliver these recipes, support them, and contribute new ones. Contributing a recipe is not a logo placement. A recipe you author is a recipe that carries your product into every plant that ever runs it, with your name on the method rather than on a slide. That is the most durable thing on this page: not a slot in an architecture diagram, but a named recipe in a book manufacturers actually cook from.
It starts with the manufacturer's vision. Always. We get in the room, we diagnose against that vision, and we prescribe the outcome. Then we bring in the rest of the team to work with the Lab and build a top-shelf industrial experience around it. You are the rest of the team. One question sorts which half you are in: do you have a product to distribute?
Select a track to explore it ↓
An ISV or a vendor of technical products. You bring technology, software, applications, and infrastructure, and it gets utilized inside every bespoke version of Ignitra™ we build. Specced into the chassis, connected through the ARK Processor™, and sold alongside ours into accounts we have already diagnosed. You are an approved partner, and we move the product for you.
It runs on machinery you already have: MDF, co-op, and partner margin when we carry your paper. Nothing gets invented, nothing goes to committee. What you get is the part you cannot buy: revenue from accounts you never opened.
Professional services organizations, system integrators, enablers, educators. Whatever is on the door, you are part of the delivery team: implementing, installing, and managing the data layers, the interface layers, and the systems of record, and putting the ARK Processor™ in the plant. You bring the expertise and you deliver on your own paper with us behind you.
Two things before you come in: there is an activation fee, and there is membership in the StratfordX methodologies. You sell hours and demand is what you are short of, so the direction reverses. You are buying a commercial function you would otherwise have to build from scratch.
Execution proximity is not process authorship. Working on manufacturing projects does not, by itself, confer understanding of manufacturing outcomes. The partners who win in this ecosystem pair operational expertise with system execution, and lead with the diagnosis, not the technology. Indoctrination, not orientation.
Qualify in and start baking. One question decides it: are you an experienced AI-native company that can fold into the intelligence layer? That gate is not for sale. Past it, you come in one of two ways, and your level is set by what you bring.
Professional services, system integrators, enablers, educators. In one way or another you are part of the delivery team: the data layers, the interface layers, the systems of record. Certified in Apex 4.1™, activated into the motion, and a member of the StratfordX methodologies.
Technology, software, applications, infrastructure. Whatever you bring gets utilized in each bespoke version of Ignitra™. We approve it, we spec it in, and we sell your product alongside ours.
Qualified, certified, and feeding the motion.
A named alliance partner, invested in the account.
Master orchestrator status. All of it.
The activation cost kicks the thing off, and it is the first honest thing we learn about each other. Everybody says they are AI-native. Funding the activation is what proves it, which is why we treat it as a commitment signal rather than an invoice. From there we share the risk with you. Operating a funnel, building pipeline, running the education classes and the courses, and maintaining a prescriptive value ladder for your company all carry real operating cost. None of it runs on air. Obvious, we know. So if you are serious, let us get cooking.
Industry4-1.com is where the industry teaches itself. It is our trade publication and our open room: operators, engineers, and decision-makers working out loud what actually happens when machines meet intelligence. Manufacturing, logistics, automation, power systems, fabrication, heavy equipment, defense, skilled trades. Real plants, real numbers, no vendor gloss.
No fee, no certification, no commitment. Read it, argue with it, write for it, teach in it. Plenty of good partners start here and never fill in a form. Or skip the reading and book a 4.1 tech industry call, thirty minutes, and we will tell you straight whether there is anything here for you.
This is how you participate in the motion. It is indoctrination and training, not orientation, and it blends the Apex 8™ doctrine with the Apex 4.1™ methodology into one industrial experience for every client.
You invest in becoming AI-native and in North American manufacturing, and you help us deliver high-performance outcomes.
We lead the diagnosis and the persuasion; partners lead delivery. When a partner carries Ignitra™ on their own paper, we step in to assist.
Apex 8™ is not a slide in this deck. It is a book, and it is the methodology this entire motion runs on. Every sales methodology you have ever learned ends the same way: asking someone to trust you before you have proven anything. Apex 8 flips that. You architect offers so compelling that trust becomes inevitable.
This is a book about persuasion by design, not by luck.
Written by Daren L. Fields across three decades of guiding technical sales teams to more than $200M in closed deals. Eight phases: Discovery, Prototype, Validate, Rehearse, Present, Finalize, Debrief, Hand Off. Partner teams train on it, and it is what turns our motion into your pipeline.
Together, the Apex 8™ doctrine and the Apex 4.1™ methodology blend into one high-performance industrial experience. Apex 8 Publishing is a division of Lloyds Ventures LLC.
The same operating discipline every time we deploy Ignitra™. It gets the operation ready, proves the value, and keeps it tuned. Partners work inside all four.
Value runs both ways. When you bring us into your opportunities, you earn. When we bring you into ours, you win: specced into Ignitra™ deployments we have already sourced and diagnosed. Both are formalized in the Partner Agreement.
We move your product into accounts we already sourced and diagnosed. The motion runs on machinery you already have: market development funds, co-op, and channel margin. Nothing gets invented and nothing goes to committee.
You sell hours and demand is the thing you are short of. An activation fee brings you into the motion, and membership in the StratfordX methodologies keeps you there. Delivery revenue lands on your own paper.
Think of it as sponsorship, reimagined for AI-native industry. A technical partner invests in the enlightenment of the manufacturer, the assessment, roadmap, and engineering, underwritten on the manufacturer's behalf. That signals real, early investment in the account, and it earns the partner an understood place in the engagement, the build that follows. Money in early, specced in later. One enterprise manufacturer supports a whole ecosystem: because a single lead opens Ambient AI, MDM, IoT, MRP, warehouse, delivery, and enablement, one sponsorship returns multiple layers of revenue.
Ignitra™ is the platform for the whole intelligence layer, not only Ambient AI. When a manufacturer has a gap, or is replacing what they run today, certified partners fill the slot.
Every partner gets one: what you bring, where it goes in the method, which division tastes it first, and how it mixes into that plant's own version of Ambient AI. Referral share, partner margin, development funds, and internal-use terms are all part of your recipe, and they are set against what you actually bring rather than off a rate card. No two partners cook the same, so no two recipes read the same. Final terms are governed by the Partner Program Agreement.
